Gabriel strode down the courtyards making his way to his favorite spot in the courtyard. It was a nice spot right under a tree and surrounded by a few rocks that made an ok seat depending on how long you were sitting. Soon he was at that spot and lounging on one of the larger rocks, he had a feeling it wouldn't be long to Lucinda showed up but he wanted to be comfortable as long as he could.

Lucinda walked down to the courtyard where Gabriel was sitting. She was wearing a pair of jeans, converse sneakers, and a black tube top. "Whats up Gabriel?" She asked as she sat on the ground and leaned against a rock. She was wondering why he had asked for her to come down and wondered what he needed to talk to her about. All in all it seemed important. She wished she knew what it was about though

"Hey Luci, I was wondering if you could help me with something." Gabriel said not making eye contact, he was a little nervous in asking her for help but he didn't really have a choice. "You know Evie right, well of course you do she is your best friend. Sorry about that stupid comment. Well back to the point. I like Evie a lot and I kissed her a few weeks back but because of that she is torn between me and Remus. I want her to by happy but well I want her to choice me. I feel bad about it but I don't know." Gabriel explained and paused shaking his head in disappointment. "Well I was wondering if you could help me decide what to do next." Gabriel said.

"Um I don't really know what to tell you other then tell her how you feel and tell her you want her to be happy." Lucinda said, "I'm her friend yes but I don't know anything about her love life. I know she's got a thing for remus and he has one back but that's it. I know nothing more." She shrugged and said, "I'm not going to be much help."

"I should have guessed as much, I guess I'll just have to take advantage of the Snow Ball. Hopefully she will ask me out or maybe decide. I don't know and I don't care I just wish she would go ahead and chose. I don't want to get to close to her and she decide to go with Remus." Gabriel said revealing his true fear in this situation.

"Talk to her but don't avoid her." Lucinda said, "Besides I may have a boyfriend but he fell for me when I stood up to him and told him to quit torturing the little kids." She shrugged, "But like I said talk but don't avoid her. She'll feel hurt if you do. But she'll feel confused about liking both of you and sad about dating remus because she feels like she's hurting you and then she's feeling scared because she think's something will happen between you and her or her and remus to end a friendship and relationship."

"I'll try to talk to her but I hate the fact that she might be in this situation. It was my fault after all, if I just hadn't kissed her that night. If I had just helped her with Remus then none of this would have happened. Her not being able to decide and being confused about this situation." Gabriel said frowning, he felt deep regret for his actions that night.

"You like her and nothing can change that you did what you did because you cared. I'll try to get the skinny on her and Remus and keep in touch with you ok?" Lucinda said with a small nod, "Here want a brownie? I snatched them from the house elves this morning when I went for a late breakfast. Which was brownies and ketchup followed by pumpkin juice. I have weird taste buds."

"I know but that doesn't change the fact that it's making her life a lot more complicated. That's the opposite of what I had meant to do." Gabriel said he knew there was no point in it but he was still hung up on the fact he had caused her so much confusion. "Thanks for that, I'll keep in touch and anything you find out will be much appreciated. As for the brownie I would love one." Gabriel said and took one from Lucinda. He took a smile bite of it and smiled happily, it had been a few days since he had had anything sweet. "That's not really that bad a combination." Gabriel said and smiled.

"House Elves looked at my like I was banana's." Lucinda said with a laugh. She pulled a brownie from the back and took a small bite from it. She tucked her hair behind her ears as she ate the browning slowly. Waiting to see if Gabiel needed anything else. She crossed her legs and looked at the sky as clouds covered the sun for a few moments but quickly left.

"So is there anything about Evie that I should know? Like favorite food, favorite animal, you know one of the small things that makes a big difference." Gabriel asked, he had meant to ask Evie these things directly but had forgotten them after they got swept up in a conversation that ranged from who knows what to what ever else existed in this world. Gabriel moved his hand to his collar and straightened it out almost in a nervous gesture.

"She likes cats, I don't know about favorite food, nor color." Lucinda said, " As close as me and Evie are we're total oppossites yet match to a tee.... But talk to her ask her on a date to hogsmeade. Take her out and have a good time. It may bring her closer to you. Thats all I really know to tell you though." Lucinda said, "Its the most logica."

"Cats? The one animal I don't really care for but at least it's not birds. Uh, I hate those flying cretins." Gabriel said and glared at a bird as it flew over head. He couldn't stand the pest. "I'll try and get that set up, getting close to her would be my best bet if I want to win her over. Thanks Luci, you were more help then I expected." Gabriel said using her nickname in a way that implied he was commenting on her being younger then him.

"Yeah sure thing Just get her before Black does, "I prefer my cousin dating her than Black. Remus is the guy who I want to murder along with Potter after all. Also if ya need any help with Planning anything Romantic with her just Holla and I'll help ya. If I'm not somewhere with Damien playing tonsil tag." She laughed a little knowing he'd probbably gag at that bit of info

"I really didn't need the image of my cousin playing tonsil hockey with the emo slytherin." Gabril said with a gagging gesture at the end. He hated it when people told him what they were going to do with their boyfriend or girlfriend. "Thanks for the offer to help, I'll take you up on it soon enough." Gabriel said and smiled warmly to his cousin, it was a way of emphasizing his thanks.
