Well Roxanne and Rose are cousins, so obviously they met at some point with family. But the two, although being close in age and having similar personalities, didn't always get along. They where often the two that would fight and argue. But they would always make up. They are close friends, but they do still fight alot. But Roxanne also feels slightly protective of Rose, and if any girls say anything mean about her Roxy is the first one to step up and punch them right in the face.
Roxanne says:
