It was mid afternoon when Remus finally woke to find the day had gone by without him. His friends had gone down already, to breakfast many hours ago, no doubt already knowing he didn't want to be disturbed after a long night. He had already missed lunch, so he decided he was going to wait for supper, all along taking a shower and taking care of some business.
Strutting down the stairs as usual would have been better if there were actually people in the common room, but as it seemed everyone was taking advantage of such a beautiful day. Remus found himself quickly in the entrance hall, where most people were racing past, all looking for something other to do than stand around.
Leaning against the wall, someone past by and suspiciously slipped something in Remus' hand. He tried to look like he wasn't doing a thing, and it probably worked, after all he was the master of surprise. He slipped it in his pocket, a subtle grin spreading onto his face.

Lucy walked up from the dungeons. Her hair was charmed with many baby blue streaks and she was wearing a black tight fitted t-shirt and a pair of pin striped tripp pants. On her feet were converse sneakers. Her hair was hainging and bounced as she walked down the hall happily. Her day was going good so far. So far no sign of a Potter which she was happy about she royallu loathed the boy and didn't want nothing to do with him

Remus drummed his fingerrs on the back wall, his eyes focused on the passing people in front of him. Did he dare unleash the thing that had just been given to him? No.. he didn't dare... yet... It was always as if he was holding a big secret, and only his few selected friends knew. He really shouldn't do it without them, James especially would like this one but he wanted to so badly. And here came his chance, Lucinda Malfoy, a girl he hadn't really talked to much, but knew enough about which house she belonged to. She looked squeaky clean... which was just absolutely perfect. Remus hand reached into his pocket again, taking out the tiny ball, it hissed, and then rose into the air, and created a bubble over itself. Virtually untouchable... now to see what it would do. Was Rems clear on it's effect? Not really, but he knew that it wouldn't be good for the next person he talked to. "Hello, Malfoy." he uttered, cooly.

"Hello Black. What do you want? To cause trouble like your ass of a friend Potter?" She asked. She crossed her arms. across her chest and glared at him. Any friend of Potter was her enemy. Potter hated her so the rest probably followed his lead like a love sick puppy. She narrowed her blue eyes and tapped her foot on the ground. She watched him. He was planning something he had to have been planning.

If he would have known she would have answered him so funnily, he probably would've brought a muggle contraption called a "camera" of some sort. Her answer just made his grin spread across his face like a lighting bolt, knowing that yes, he did want to cause trouble. "How ironic." he said mysteriously. "My ass of a friend is not here at the moment, but I think you'll find my trouble is a little more... suitable." A smirk replaced his grin.
The little ball buzzed loudly at the top of her head, and before he knew it... SPLAT! he looked down at the no-longer blond and felt his sides begin to split because of the laughter he was holding in... he so wished James was here to see this!

Lucinda let out a screech and said, "Damn you Black. Damn you to Hell! Look what you've done! I just took a shower too. You don't have any respect." She screamed at him and drew her fist back and punched him in the face. "Your just as idiotic and imature as Potter. I swear you two are going to get whats coming to you!" She spushed her hair from her face and shook her arms some causing the gunk to fly everywhere some hiting Remus.

"Yeah, man, see you later." James said to his friend as stood up, pulling one leg after the other out from underneath the Gryffindor Table. He had just enjoyed a rather late lunch with some of his friends and now he was going to head back up to the common room to laze around. A little later on he was going to go out and do some Quidditch practice but for now, it was time for him to relax. He loved the weekends.
He downed the rest of his pumpkin juice and swung his bag over his shoulder before making his way through the almost completely deserted Great Hall. Only a few people remained. He opened the doors to the Entrance Hall and began to make his way to the stairs when he heard two very familiar voices talking in cool voices. Lucinda Malfoy, his favorite subject to prank, and his best friend were having a conversation and James just had to see what it was about. He caught little parts of their conversation, like Lucinda calling James "an ass of a friend". This made a wide grin break out on James's face.
He was just about to move over to talk to them when he noticed a tiny ball hovering over Lucinda's head. If it were at all possible, James's grin grew wider as he looked at his friend. Before he could even take another step, the ball started buzzing and dropped on top of Lucinda's head. Initially, James was in shock. It was like what had just happened was so funny, that laughter had actually escaped him. All he could do was look over at his friend and see him obviously trying to hold back his laughter. Then, like something had popped inside of him, he began laughing with his booming laugh that filled the whole Entrance Hall.

Lucinda let out a scream and said, "You are jerks. Real Jerks. You have no respect what so ever." A few tears slipped down her cheeks and said, "I swear for coming from good families you sure have the worst personalities and no compassion for other people and thier feelings." She dropped her school bag from her shoulder and turned on her heel and ran down the hall. She pushed past James with her hands over her face covering her tears.

Remus shrugged, almost keeling over with laughter. "I don't know why she's so angry... it's just paint. Gonna have hell getting it off though... Fred and George said it might take a few scrubs." Remus shook his head, happy his prank had worked. He hadn't pranked Lucinda in a while and she knew that she was one of his favorite targets because she always ended up hitting him... and it wasn't any fun if there wasn't any drama right? Little did he know. He clapped James on the back. "Think she'll hit us the next time she sees us?" Slowly walking to the Great Hall, he grinned. "Come to think about it she probably will."

James didn't feel a thing when Lucinda pushed past him, mostly because he was still so preoccupied with laughter. By the time Remus had started talking, his sides were already starting to hurt so he willed himself to quit laughing. "Yeah, well a few good scrubs might do her some good anyways." James grinned, still chuckling a little from the sight of Lucinda Malfoy all covered in paint.
He adjusted his bag on his shoulder and began walking with Remus to the Great Hall. There was still a wide grin plastered on his face and he couldn't get the picture out of his head.
"Think she'll hit us the next time she sees us?"... "Come to think about it she probably will." "Dude, I'm almost looking forward to it." And with that, he pushed open the doors to the Great Hall.
