Our Character of the Month will be announced by our very own Evelyn Thomas[/i]. Because she's the social butterfly she is, she has been given this duty and will try to find the best suitable person for this title every month.
Of course the character of month will have to have:
Once she reaches her decision she will start a new thread here every month congratulating the person.
We will also have banners for that person, and the person will earn their place in the "Past COTMs". I have not yet come up with a "prize" for them, but I will soon!

- Posts with people of all kind[orignal or cannon]
- Of course is not a "mary sue or stue"
- Is not TOO involved, meaning leaves place for other characters
- welcomes new characters
- Follows the rules[out of character]
