DESCRIPTION :: Lauri has long dark dark brown hair that goes to just below his shoulders and he sometimes wears a feather. He wears a lot of black pants that are lose and comfortable, and he wears black and white tee shirts which are somewhat tight fitting.[/b]
Lauri has a long tattoo stretching up his right arm and some facial hair under his face a little bit. Lauri also wears eyeliner, but is NOT gay. He's more on the slim side, but not ridiculously skinny. He also is somewhat tall, a normal size I would say. ;D

PERSONALITY :: When Lauri speaks, he has a soft and quiet voice. At first when you meet him, he's really shy, but not awkward. He loves to make new friends. People judge him by his appearance far too often and they get the wrong idea.
Lauri is very passionate about music. He plays the guitar and has really good vocals. He's written songs, but has no band to play them with. This boy may be quiet in life, but on stage if he gets the chance he'd be heard by everyone!

LIFE&&HISTORY
FIRST 2 PARAGRAPHS: Lauri Ylonen was born in Helsinki, Finland to a pair of muggle parents. Kaisa is his mother and Heikki is his father. Lauri had a normal muggle childhood, playing outside, with toys, watching television, going to school and everything. He has a best friend named Eero and he wishes that he could tell him about being a wizard. As far as Eero knows, Lauri is just going off to a regular boarding school.
When Lauri was 6 he grew a strong liking for all kinds of art and literature all the way from music to reading and writing. Lauri picked up the piano at 7 and taught himself the guitar fully by the age of 13. He even finished the whole entire Lord of the Rings series by the fifth grade, understanding every word and he got flying A’s in his literature classes. Speaking English is not his strength though, but it has progressively gotten much better.
Weird things started to happen to Lauri by the age of 8, and he couldn't explain it very well when he tried to tell his parents. They told him that it was merely his imagination and that he would grow out of it. Lauri was extremely self-concious about it, which is a factor for why he is so shy. When something strange would happen, Lauri would almost beat himself up over it, trying to believe that he wasn't doing these things. 'What is happening with me?' he would always ask himself.
Finally, when he was eleven years old he got his Hogwarts acceptence letter in the mail. This made Lauri feel so much better about himself. After all, it proved that he wasn't crazy! He was terrified of telling his parents, but he approved of him none the less. Sadly, he couldn't even tell his best friend Eero! He travelled out to Hogwarts and succeeded in most of his classes. He has strengths in DADA, Care of Magical Creatures, and Herbology, because he's strong and has a passion for nature.

RP SAMPLE ::Lauri walked out of the castle and into the field. He was starring at a notebook that his friend, Eero, had just recently given him. It contained lyrics to something that Eero thought would be good for a new song of theirs. Lauri had his acoustic guitar strapped around his shoulders.
Now Lauri was approaching the Black Lake. He always like to sit out here. It was a nice peaceful place to look over and play music. He wasn't wearing robes though. Lauri had on a pair of black jeans and a white T-shirt that had some sort of black design on it. He also had on eyeliner (In this case guyliner because he's not gay ) and his long black hair was down, the feather in the back like usual.
Once he reached the black lake he sat down underneat a tree that was close to it and pulled his guitar pick out of his pocket. First, he looked at the music and started humming tunes that could possibly go well along with it. Then he did a warm up on his guitar, playing the guitar part of his song, "Sail Away".
