T[Ah...to be the first in the hospital wing ;D]

Evelyn opened her eyes after a quick rest, sat up, and looked around. She saw that she was in the Hospital Wing and sighed. "Still here...." She shook her head and growled slightly. "If I ever find out who made that floor so damn slippery... Im gonna commit murder!" she said to herself. She pulled out a book and started reading it, but she couldnt concentrate on the book. She was too bored. The nurse had said she needed to saty in the Hospital Wing because she'd broke her arm and gotten a concussion. "Well... I guess thats what happens when you slip and fall then go down stairs at Hogwarts.... The stairs here are not ordinary..." She laughed lightly to herself then looked around again. "Hmm... Not even any visitors..." She sighed again then laid back in the bed.

[Skye Caine]

Lucinda skipped in and said, "Well hello Ms. I'm stuck in the hospital wing with broken arm and concussion." She laughed a little and said, "I figured you were bored to death so I decided to come up and bring you some candy. Chocolate is the best medicine for everything no Dementor attack alone." She laughed again and I brought you butter beer. I have house elf connections. Can't you tell by my ears." She said jokingly.

[Remus-James Black]

Alright, so making the stairs slippery for the Slytherin he had been waiting for wasn't a good idea. He hadn't really thought up the fact that mostly everyone took the stairs, but with the lack of pranks as of late, he sort of felt as if he was slowly losing his inspiration. Maybe it was the fact that he hadn't heard from two of his friends lately, or maybe it was that with the Snow Ball coming, he was too interested in girls to really think something good. It had all started when he and a Slytherin boy were dueling in the staircase, he had accidentaly sent a jet of water out of him, forgetting that water actually stays.

So it all led him here; to the Hospital wing, where he had to treat his broken wrist, and say sorry[ charmingly so] to the girl he had endangered. He had been told by the Headmaster that it was a very stupid prank, and that he would get two weeks worth of detention for it. Also, that he was lucky there was only that one girl going down the stairs. He didn't feel so lucky though, he had hurt a gryffindor girl, and he felt bad about it. Entering the Hospital wing holding his wrist in his other hand, he smiled sheepishly at the nurse. Then he caught sight of the girl who got hurt. He groaned under his breath, she was the cute one. There were a lot of cute girls in Hogwarts, but he kind of liked her.

Lucinda seen the boy enter and said to Evelyn, "Looks like you got a visitor. I think he's that friend of Potter's. But who cares. If he's like Potter I might blow a fuse." She narrowed her eyes and smiled at the new comer politly. Although it was just covering the scowl and eye roll that she wanted to do. She twirled her hair around her fingers and sat the stuff she brought Evelyn on the table and pulled a sucker from her pocket and put it in her mouth.

Evie laughed as Lucinda skipped in. "Uhhmmm... Hey Ms. Skipper! About time you got here! I was beginning to think you didnt love me...." She pouted mockingly. She laughed a bit until Remus-James came in, then she blushed slightly but she turned away to hide it from him and Lucinda. She looked at Lucinda as she talked about the boy and she crossed her arms. What the hell is he doing here?! She thought to herself. She sighed and shrugged at Lucinda's comments then grabbed a piece of chocolate and popped it in her mouth. "Luci..." She said before laughing. "Why do you wanna blow a fuse? You dont have many left after James!" She joked. She laughed a bit longer as she smoothed out the blankets covering her legs.

[Remus-James Black]

The nurse tapped his wrist with her wand, and it was healed before she could manage to glare at him for such a stupid incident. He would've asked her if the girl in the bed was they girl he hurt, but as it seemed, she wasn't in a good mood, and he actually wanted to stay in the hospital wing.

He turned towards them, moving his wrist in a twirl to see how much better it felt. It felt alot better, of course. The blond girl clearly held a scowl on her face, but he passed it off as yet another Malfoy/Black|Potter fight, it seemed they had alot of them. "Hello Mafloy." he addressed her cordially, as if he was at a ball of some sort, but that was only because he didn't know her well... and he couldn't trust a Malfoy he didn't know, or pretty much a Malfoy at all for that matter.

His sheepish grin turned back to his face as she so clearly noticed him. "You have a beautiful laugh." he told her subtly. Moving his way to her bed he sat on top of it, gently resting his hand upon her covered leg. "Alright, Love?" he asked. Maybe it wasn't her he hurt, maybe it was another girl who had just sprained her ankle and was on her way right now. He sure hoped so. "how did this happen? If it's a Slytherin, consider it taken care of." he smiled at her, gazing into her eyes. Yes, he was good.

Evelyn watched as Remus came over to her bed. She smirked as he called Lucinda by her last name. Way to make Lucinda feel happier today... she thought to herself. She smiled at Remus. "Thank you..." She said softly. She turned away for a second and when she turned back, he was sitting on her bed. She blushed slightly and looked down at her hands. Next thing she knew, his hand was on her leg. A chill went down her back but she hid it and looked up at him. "Yes. Im alright. Uhhmmm.... Your name is?" She asked, trying hard to play hard-to-get. Of course EVERY girl knew who Remus-James Black was! He was the heartthrobe of Hogwarts. The King of Hearts... always looking for his queen. But... She couldnt let him know that. She smiled at him again. "Some... funny person thought it'd be fun to make the first floor's corridor slippery with.... something... I happened to be the one to walk down that corridor. I slipped. Fell on my arm then toppled down the stairs. Ended up here with a broken arm and a concussion." She looked him in his eyes. "You wouldn't know anything about that... would you?" She asked firmly but softly.

"DON'T CALL ME MALFOY! A Malfoy I may be but I am a complete opposite. Even if I do look like my ass of a father." She said with crossed arms. She sucked on her lolly pop and said, "I'm a bitch already so don't make me bitchier." She flipped her blonde hair over her shoulder and said, "Besides your the ass clown who made the hall way slippery and hurt my friend here. Can I punch him?" Lucinda asked looking at Evalyn pleadingly.

Evelyn kept her eyes on Remus' for a bit longer then she turned to Lucinda. "Well Luci... I think you might be able to... Unless he comes up with a good explanation as to why he did it." She grinned and looked back at him. She put her hand on top of his. "You're on my bed and I dont even know your name....." She smiled as she moved his hand slowly of her legs. She couldnt stand that chill anymore.

She took her hand off his and ran it through her hair. "Excuse me Mister. I think you'd better tell my bodyguard an explanation. She's getting a little.... pissy..." She said before giggling a little and looking at Lucinda.

Lucinda laughed and said, "Getting Pissy? I'm always bitchy with people I hate. Its in my nature." She smiled a bit and tucked her hair behind her ears as she sucked on her sucker. Normally if Lucinda didn't have gum in her mouth she had a sucker. It was something she had a habit of doing it kept her pre occupied and focused at points. She nirmally chewed gum during tests to keep focus. Or sucked on a sucker she pulled of the stick.

Evie grinned at Lucinda. "Hey... I want a sucker..." She said giving Lucinda puppy-eyes. "Im in the hospital and you've got something other than chocolate! I dont want chocolate... I get too much from Honeydukes already." She held out her hand. "Can I have one....? I'll help you torture James!" She laughed. She look at the, still, non-responsive Remus-James Black that was on her bed. "Uhhmmmm... Seriously... She's gonna punch you...." She said warningly.

Lucinda tossed her friend 5 suckers and said, "Here. Be happy." She sat on the opposite bed and pulled the sucker off the stick and tossed the stick in the garbage. She checked her nails before cracking her knuckles absent mindly. Remus wasn't listening so she was happy. Wand or no wand. If he had one she could curse him back but she prefered using her fist. It was always more painful than a stunner.

He spent a few moment, listening to them speak before he brought his smirk back to his face and stared back at Evelyn. "I'm sorry." he said "I was focused on your beauty." He knew it was the oldest line in the book-was there even a book?- but he was sure it would work with him.

Remus laughed at her sweet explanation, he knew it to be almost impossible that she didn't know his name, but he'd give her a formal greeting anyway. "Remus-James Black and you would be?" He knew she was playing hard to get, and he liked it. He nodded, tilting his head to the side in an attempt to look innocent before he began his explanation. "Well, you see my dear, I was dueling with a Slytherin when I, being the perfect dueler I am, sent a splash of water at him... and there... that's where the water came from." he smiled. "Of course, if I had known such a beauty would be passing by, I would have surely sacrificed my sweater to clean the floor and I don't think you would have minded the sight either." he winked at her, knowing fully well Lucinda would roll her eyes. Lucinda... yes, his cousin didn't seem to like him much, but then again as two totally opposites they seemed to clash.

Evie rolled her eyes at Remus. "Evelyn J. Thomas. At your service." She said bowing her head a little. She took one of the suckers and opened it. "Thanks Lucinda. No hitting Mr. Black.... yet." She said, her eyes locked on him.

She listened to him explain his reason for the immature prank that landed her in the Hospital. "You may be able to get away with it... If you tell me which Snake you were dueling..." She said casually, as she popped her sucker in her mouth.

"If it was a Lestrange it won't bother me a bit. Or my brother he could die and I wouldn't care/ But if it was my little sister. You are gonna be in a coma. And be Evalyn's bedside friend for awhile. I don't care what happens to my cousins or my brother but when it comes to my sister thats a whole different story." Lucinda said as she crossed her arms.
