APPEARANCE&&PERSONLAITY

DESCRIPTION ::When you look at Aura from a far in the right like she seems like an angel. She's not..in any way. When you get in a better seeing range her straight raven black hair has a few split ends, and her dark brown almost black eyes look less shining and much more piercing and mechivious. Aura i by no means perfect, and she doesn't think of herself as perfect either. Aura is slightly shorter than most at only 5'4 but she doesn't mind,though a few times she has wished she were older.
Aura has an athletic build. Her features are sharp in some ways and most of the time she has a smile on her face.She's usually found wearing tank tops or -shirts, and light blue jeans even in the winter. The cold never seems to bother her much..the most she'll wear in Winter for protection is a light blue windbreaker. Aura is sometimes mistaken for being Asian..though she sees no resemblence to an Asian girl at all. Aura was born and raised in England but her family vacationed a lot in the southern islands, hence her darkish tan.

PERSONALITY ::Keep friends close and eneimies closer is what Aura always abides by. Be wary not to get on her bad side, one wrong move and she could be cooking up a plan for revenge and you wouldn't even know. Aura can be nice to you one minutes and yelling and shouting at you the next..so just be watchful. She knows who true friends are and possible worst enemies and she can spot a lie a mile away. Aura has a quick temper too and when she does get a temper..it might just be a small part of hell on earth.
Aura is really nice and caring thought for her friends and most of her family. She's there to help out if needed, and is pretty smart,though she keeps most of her knowledge hidden. She has a tendency to think out loud or just say a random thought on her mind, and it has gotten her in trouble in class more than once. If there's a problem and no adults are around Aura will take charge on the situation. She also tends to correct people..even teachers..when they've written something wrong or said something incorrectly.

LIFE&&HISTORY

HISTORY: Aura was born to a pure blood couple on April 18th. Her father, Kevin Rose, was not the person her mother, Arlene Hamilton, had been married to. Therefore her mothers real husband(Franklin Hamilton) wouldn't let Aura take the family name and made her mother leave. Aura grew up in the Rose household knowing that she was alive only because of her mother's affair and because her mother had to much heart to give Aura up. Aura never met Franklin though she had heard many stories about him and he was in the Daily Prophet very often. Franklin did take her mother back soon enough, but still didn't want anything to do with Aura, so she stayed with Kevin.


When her mother had another child, this time it was Franklin's, Aura was almost completely forgotten by Arlene. Aura grew envious of her younger brother and didn't even learn his name until four years later, when she was 10, and Arlene brought him over for a visit. They got along ok, butthey were not friends in anyway. Joshua knew that, to some affect, he was better than Aura and that's what set them apart. Arlene noticed right away they were only pretending to get along for her own sake and took Joshua home awhile later. That was the last time Arlene brought Joshua over when she visited.


Aura was happier than even when she got her letter from Hogwarts. She thought of it as an escape fro her life..from well..the rest of her so-called 'family'. Kevin helped her get her supplies and get her ready to go to the school. Aura grew even happier a few weeks before she left for Hogwarts for two real reasons. The first being that Joshua would be attending a Wizarding School in the United States. The second was the Midnight Black owl that Kevin bought her as a going away present.


Now 6 years later Aura can't wait to graduate and finally get a job at the Ministry. She thinks of Kevin as her only family now and Arlene is just someone who stops by every once in awhile when Aura is on break. Aura is at peace with everything now, she's even talking to Joshua a bit through letters, though they still don't consider each other friends. Aura does pretty well in classes, she could do a lot better, but she keeps most of the stuf she knows to herself. She doesn't like being called a 'smarty' or anything like that. It annoys her to no end.Aura did get a letter once from Franklin the year before, but she never even bothered to read it, he was a nobody to her now.

RP SAMPLE :: Aura walked silently through the darkened hallways. It was well after hours but she just couldn't sleep. There was way to much stuff going on in her head. She slipped outside and sat down by the Black Lake. This was her escape, her thinking place, where she came up with her best ideas and worked out problems. Aura smiled slightly,leaning her back against a nearby Oak tree and looked up at the cloudless stary sky. Aura loved nights like these, she always thought best this way. The lake was Aura's favorite place in this whole school was the lake, especially when it was deserted like this.
