Frank walked into the Great Hall and smirked. It was almost empty, except for a few studying Ravenclaws. He shook his head. "The only thing worth studying is Potions... or Defense Against the Dark Arts. So I dont understand what the hell you're always studying." He said just loud enough for them to hear. He glanced over as he walked by and caught a few menacing glares. He grinned, walked to the Slytherin table, and sat down. He pulled out a small black book and began to write. He quietly sung to himself as he wrote. "Now Im heels over head, Im hangin' upside down; thinking how you left me for dead, California bound. I got a first class —" He was cut off when a Slytherin came and interrupted him. He slammed his book closed and looked up at the person. "Damnit! I cant get through a song without somebody interrupting me!" He yelled, glaring at the person.

Faith was in the Great Hall, sitting at the Slytherin table writing a letter to her friend Bear back home. She had her toung hanging slightly out of her mouth and she was very concentrated on it. When she looked up she saw a Gryffindor sitting at the Slytherin table. She sat up from her hunched position confused and she turned her head to the side at him. 'Damn Gryffindors' she thought to herself. She reached into her pocket and pulled out a rubber band. She aimed it carefully, and then released. Of course, it missed. Why hadn't she just used magic? Nobody would know. Faith was peculiar like that.
"Why are you sitting at the Slytherin table, Gryffy?" she said in a raised voice so he could hear her.

Frank smirked as the rubberband flew right past him. "The better question is... Why are you in my face Snake?" He asked vemonously. "I suggest you get your sick bloody face out of mine." He said with false perkiness. He opened his book again and started writing again. He started singing again, half-expecting the girl to say — or do — something. He even expected a few more Slytherins to come over and try to physically persuade him to move from their table. He smirked again as he thought of the scene. "Next headline: Snakes murdered by Lion.... Hm... Sounds about right..." He said to himself.

Faith stared at the boy blankley as he spoke to her. There was a dazed look in her eye as if she weren't paying attention. When he finished Faith had the strong urge to say 'Are you done?' but she had another plan. She reached into her robe pocket and slowly brought out her wand as a smirk reached across her face. Now is the time where you would think she was about to cast a spell or something on the Gryffindor. No, Faith has her own ways of doing things. She pointed her wand past the boy and under her breath said,
"Accio rubberband!" It softly flew up off the ground and she caught it. She rested her wand down on the table and then re-aimed the rubber band. This time when she released, she didn't miss.

Frank's jaw muscles tightened as the rubber band hit him. He looked up at the little girl and laughed. "Wow. I'm hurt. By the dreaded rubber band." He said mockingly "Get the hell out of my face." He said acidly before looking back down at his book. He sighed inwardly. Sooner of later a few more Gryffindors would walk in and see him being bothered by a Snake. Then they'd probably start torturing her. Then Snakes would walk in... Torture... Dueling... It just really wasn't his style. Without looking up he sighed. "Do you SERIOUSLY want to start crap with a Gryffindor? Before you know it... a load of Lion's'll be in here to hex the hell out of you... I'm sure my little sister would even be able to take you on and beat your arse." He said smirking.

It was a normal day for James Sirius Potter as he walked into the Great Hall for a quick snack. His first few classes had gone pretty rough and James was just waiting for some time to relax before he had to go back to his other ones. With his bag slung over one of his shoulders and a Transfigurtion book put securely underneath his arm, he made his way over the Gryffindor table. On his way, he had to do a serious double take.
Why the hell is Frank over at the Slytherin Table? He thought to himself. He quickly changed his direction and started to walk over to his friend. The closer he got, he realized that Frank was being bugged by a Slytherin and that Frank was raising his voice. Well this can't be good. "Hey, Frank. What's going on?" He asked Frank as he swung his legs over the bench and took a seat a next to him. He eyed the Slytherin that had her wand out on the table. "I'd put that away if I were you, luv." He told her, his voice calm as to not alert any of her fellow Slytherins.

Frank grinned and looked up as he heard a fellow Lion, and one of his mates, James come into the Great Hall. He looked at the Slytherin and shook his head. "Ah now. Look what you've gone and done! Brought another Lion over." He laughed then watched as James made his way over. "Hey James. This icky little snake has gotten lost and decide to come bother me. But... I think she was just leaving..." He looked over at her. "Hint hint little girl. Get out of my face before you're forced out." He said smirking slightly. "Oh and James. Dont worry. She would know how to use any wand if it came up and handed her the instructions." He said before laughing.

Faith was the type of person who lost her temper easily. She always tried not to, but she couldn't help it. She grinned at the Gryffindor yelled at her, but then when another came over and he really started picking at her is when she grabbed her wand and started twisting it with her hand and putting a lot of pressure on it. She had not done anything wrong. She was at her respected table the whole time and it was these boys who had come to her table.
"I'M not going anywhere, and I'm not getting out of your face!" she yelled at the Gryffindor. Her brown eyes shot up at the other one as he sat down and she began to grinde her teeth. "I haven't moved! You came over to my table. I just asked why you were here and then you started being an asshole so I, being a SNAKE and all, decided to strike back. Faith kept her hands on her lap, and squeezed her wand, not even making a comment about her not being able to use one. She was a fairly capable witch for being a muggle-born third year. And no lion would force her out.

If there was one thing that James hated the most, it was a Slytherin with an attitude. In all of his six years at Hogwarts he had crossed paths with probably half of the Slytherins in the school-and won in almost every duel against them. Only, most of them were guys and seldom did he every duel a girl...that is with the exception of the brat, Lucinda Malfoy. So when this girl, who didn't look like she could be older than a fourth year, started giving his friend and himself crap, James became a little angry but did his best to stay calm.
He noticed the girl had started to grasp her wand, so James made sure to keep his hand close to the pocket that carried his own wand. "For some reason I'm having trouble believing that..." He said with a sly grin. "And luv, I do believe I told you to put your wand away." James kept his voice down and smiled, so he didn't alert the girl. He started to stand up and move towards the girl. "From what Frank, here, has told me, it was you who was bothering him. Now, if you would be so kind as to move, it would be greatly appreciated."

Faith kept staring at the Gryffindor boys and her look of anger faded to having a small hint of sad and weariness, but she was still angry. She saw the other boy get up and start walking to her, she straightened herself up and eyed him. She didn't do anything to cause this much trouble, the lion was lying. Although...
"What, so flinging a rubber band is a big crime now?" she asked sassily with her eyes still on the boy. He told her to move, and this set her off. She stood up from the table and pointed her wand at him, but did not even think of actually hexing him or casting a spell, and her hair flew behind her back as she stood abruptly. She was a really good amount shorter than him, but it had no negative effect on her. "I told you that I didn't do anything. I was sitting here before he even came over here. It's YOU guys who need to move. Why do you want to be at the Slytherin table anyway, lion?" she asked now looking back down at the table at the first boy. "You shouldn't be over here, you know it... Look at 'im! He's asking for trouble! He wants this."

Frank closed his book, pulled out his wand and pointed it at his book. He thought, "Reducio" and his book became smaller. He put it in his pocket then he sat his wand down and moved his attention to the Slytherin girl and James. For a moment he just stared at her as if she was stupid... Which she obviously was. Just because he had decided to sit at the Slytherin table, didnt mean he had come there for trouble. He grinned a little. "You know... Just because I sat at this table... The Slytherin Table, far away from you, doesnt mean I was looking for - no... Asking for trouble... As you so freely put it." He grinned slightly. "I may have been here to offer a peace treaty... Which is never going to happen... But you shouldn't jump to conclusions. Dont have a hissy fit." He said before laughing.
Frank looked up at James. "You know how I am mate! I dont start problems... I only finish them." He said picking up his wand. He started playing with it, his eyes on the girl's wand that was pointed at James. "I was only here to enjoy my book in an almost empty Great Hall. The only people I saw here were those Ravenclaws. There were no Snakes in sight." He said honestly.

OOC- Hope you don't mind me joining Rosalynn entered the Great Hall, hoping for some peace and quiet. Apparently that wasn't in her cards, she spotted two Gryffindors and a Slytherin girl her own age at the Slytherin table. This probably wasn't a good thing. As she got closer she noticed one of the Gryffindors was James Potter...and there were two wands out. This DEFINITELY was not good. Speeding up slightly, Rosa slipped into a seat next to the group. "Is there a particular reason you two have your wands out?" She asked pleasantly, placing down the book she had been carrying. Glancing at James, she absently wondered if he was trying to fix the problem or he was contributing to it. Shaking her head mentally she turned her attention to the problem at hand. "You do realize it's not the best idea to start any type of fight, in the Great Hall especially?" Rosa commented as she waited for a response.

James nodded at his friend, putting his hands up in the air to show he understood. "I know, I know." He grinned at the "I only finish them" part, knowing fully well that that was exactly how Frank was, and even himself. He turned back to the Slytherin and gave her the same calm smile he had before.
"Now, now, let's not get ahead of ourselves. I'm sure that all Frank here wanted to do was read his book, just as he says, and that he was definitely not trying to start a fight with you." he asked with a nice tone. He eyed the girl up and down and realized he had never met this girl before. "What's your name, luv?" he asked curiously.
Forgetting his question to the girl temporarily, he turned at the sound of a very familiar voice. "Ah, Rosey! Um...not any particular reason, per se, just a little fight is all." he grinned at her and winked. "And I'm pretty sure we're all aware of how stupid it is to start a fight in the Great Hall right? Trust me, I know from experience. So, if you realy must continue this, which, by all means, I have no problem with, let's atleast take it out into the Entrance Hall?" He quirked his eyebrow up at Frank in question.

Frank glanced over as Rosalynn Malfoy came into the Great Hall. "Ah. Another Slytherin." He said shaking his head slightly. He listened as James spoke in a friendly way towards her. He raised an eyebrow and put her in his mental folder of all James' flirts. "This one's alright then James?" He asked, motioning towards Rosalynn.
He thought for a moment about their warnings. "But I was just getting to the good part..." He said patting the pocket his book was in. He shrugged and sighed. "If we must... Then we must." He said shifting slightly in his seat.
