Drama. Oh what a wonderful thing it was. If rumours and cold words didn’t exist, probably a portion of the population would commit suicide. Or that’s how it seemed anyway. From the back of her, she could hear a member of her entourage gossiping about some lowly girl and her brother fighting in the middle of the Great Hall just two minutes ago. Nothing all too interesting, to Alana anyway. She sat twirling a piece of hair between her fingers as she stared at her empty plate. She had always hated breakfast, being the preppy little princess she was, she had always expected special meals for her, and the most she ever ate at breakfast was a French croissant baked to perfect. Of course, they had none at Hogwarts, and out of the millions of items on the table, she never found anything to match such an exquisite substitute.
Which brings her back to the drama thing. She needed real drama, and if she didn’t create it... who would? Certainly not any boring Gryffindor. She let out a loud sigh, which triggered many looks from her fellow Slytherins. She quickly waved them off, tossing her hair over her shoulder and getting up, she banged into someone... again. “Watch your step, servant.” she hissed at the unknown person. They shouldn’t take it as an insult, because it was probably better than her calling them something else she had in mind... but hey, they probably already knew her.[/color]

Breakfast. The one thing Faith ate that would absolutely make her sick to her stomach. The solution? Don't eat breakfast!! It was as simple as that in Faith's eyes. She wasn't used to there actually being food in front of her anyway. Yeah, she'd been going to Hogwarts for 3 years now, but there was still something so unappetizing about food that made her sick. She was getting hungry though, it'd been a good... 2 days since she'd last eaten. 'Maybe I'll eat later,' she thought to herself.
She'd been walking around the table, surveying the food when some other Slytherins that she was not too fond of started calling her names like 'anorexic' and threw food at her. She wanted to shrug it off, but instead she took an apple someone threw at her and threw it back at them 3 times as hard. They laughed as they turned back around to their breakfast and Faith also giggled as she watched them, not paying attention to where she was going. 'Ahh, Slytherin love ♥'...
*Bam* Well that was a little embarrassing. "Who ya callin' servant?" she said, looking at the girl, but this was the way she acted around most Slytherins, friend or foe.

Ahh, the mornings of a great day. The best part of the day, according to a Ms. Alice Longbottom. For the longest time, Alice loved to sleep in, not even caring to get up if it wasn't past 10. But now, her days would be messed up if she didn't wake before 8. On some mornings she would wake up, put on her swimsuit and go out for a swim in the Black Lake, or take her broom and fly a few laps around the pitch before it was time to get to class. The mornings were her favorite.
Alice sat at the Gryffindor table, surrounded by a small group of friends, seeing as how she didn't quite like to be crowded. She ate her eggs and toast silently, with every once and a while laughing at something her friends would say or join in on a bit of conversation that was going on. She really enjoyed breakfast-it must have been because of what her mother and great-grandmother used to always say to her. "Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. You mustn't go one day without it" Alice grinned at the thought of their words.
She finished the eggs and toast and took one last sip of her coffee before deciding to get up and leave a little early so she could talk to her Defense teacher about something. Just as she was about to walk towards to Great Hall door, she spotted her: Alana Lestrange. She had just ran into a poor soul, another Slytherin it appeared, and seemed a little angry. It sickened her just to look at the girl, and Alice hated it. Oh, she would give anything to just curse the girl right then and there. She sighed as she realized that there was no way that she could ever get up the courage to do so. Maybe this wasn't going to be a great day after all...

There was very little that made Alana smile happily lately. Or, smile in a non condesending way... but hey, things had to change every once in a while, right? Well, they always changed in a much better way for Alana, princess of all things good. Enter scoff here please.
"Faith." she said smiling, with only the tiniest spec of enthusiasm in her voice. Well, she hoped Faith didn't expect to get anymore than that. Faith was a... strange one. And that is probably why Alana liked her. Normal Slytherins just didn't make her day buzz like Faith did, so what if that was a bit conceited to say? Like people were just there for her amusement, in her little world in her head, they actually were. Alana, adjusted her clothes from the run in, as much as they didn't need adjusting she did it anyway.
"My my,you must watch where you're going... you wouldn't want to be hexed by one of my admirers." Alana whirled around, her heels clicking on the Great Halls' ground. It really wasn't a threat, but she had a hard time saying things that didn't sound like a threat. With one more twirl, her eyes landed on the ones that had been staring at her. She had felt them bore into her, but didn't expect them to stare in the most obvious way possible. Her smirked grew, as she looked away from Faith and into the eyes of the one, and only[ in this time era anyway ] Alice Longbottom.

Faith smirked and looked up at Alana as her long brown hair flopped off of her shoulders and down her back. She deeply appreciated Slytherins like Alana. They made her feel warm and loved inside. Being yelled at/picked on was a compliment to Faith, whether the person she was communicating with was serious or not.
"We---lll" she said in a playful tone. "It wasn't entirely my fault, ya know." Faith took her eyes off of the Slytherin and looked around at the other people who were staring at them. What Alana said next made Faith laugh.
Oh, please. You have admirers?" she said scoping the room one last time before looking back up at Alana. "Get out of here, them guys are lookin' at Faithy!" Why she had suddenly started talking about herself in third person, nobody would probably know. She was a very playful girl and liked to have fun with people. Her dark brown eyes shined an evil play-glare at Alana.
