running late(Roxanne)

Lately Lucy jus couldn't stop running and pushing herself to be better work harder. Which wasn't always super great because she would spend countless hours running and doing drills and then sitting down doing a lot of homework. She went running in the forest a lot better obstacles to over come and tested not only her body but her mind as well she would go for three four hours at a time. Find new challenges and stick to a strict diet. She wanted to become a professional player the sooner she started the better. Though she had been blowing off a lot of hang out time she would be in her common room or out at hogsmead she would stop and leave just to go have time to work out and test herself.

She was he her hufflepuff robes as she was reading a book when her watch went off and though she was sore and had some little bruises nothing serious but what did she expect running through the forest. She left her studying and went into her common room. She ran and quickly got changed in her room and left. She stretched a bit before and then took off not seeing anyone that she was passing just ran until she was in the tree line of the forest. Her loving adventure just smiled and ran deeper weaving in and out of trees and such. She knew things were in here that could hurt her but she found it just that much more fun.

She ran for what seemed like hours and when she checked her watched she had been out running for over four hours. She took off one of her shoes and saw that a few of her blisters and been forced open she touched them and said “ OUCH!” she said it very loud. She rested a moment and closed her eyes she heard something and she whipped out her wand “ Who…whose there?” she caught her breath and was ready to duel if need be. She was afraid to stand just yet so she just sat there until she heard…

Roxy loved the Forbiden Forest, she really had no idea why it was Forbidden. It was so relaxing to walk through all the trees and see some of the creatures that wandered in there, although of course there were those that would kill you as well. But she'd learned to stay clear of thsoe ones.

She had actually just been out looking at the new unicorn foals. A few years back she had saved a unicorn from a giant spider when she'd been wandering, and since then that unicorn had trusted her and let her near the babies. They relaly were amazing creatures.

Brushing a peice of hair out of her eyes she pushed past a low hanging branch. But she stopped sudenly when she heard someone just beyond the next set of trees yell 'ouch'. Pausing she wondered if she should go on, it was pretty unwise to come up on someone in the Forbidden forest. Moving forward she tried to be as quiet as possible, she figured she'd just sneak past whoever it was and not disturb them. But as always seems to happen she stepped on a twig and broke it. Silently cursing herself she heard the person ahead as who was there. Taking otu her wand she was slightly grateful that it was atleast a girl that she'd come across.

Swallowing she moved forwards a bit, very cautiously. "Roxy, Roxy Weasley... who are you?' she asked, sounding alot braver than she felt.

Afraid that it was a big ugly guy she held her wand firm and then she heard it was a girl Roxy. She felt relief. She lowered her wand and sighed in all her nerves disappearing. She looked at her cousin though she really hadn’t gotten super close to her family ever cause she figured that they all thought she was just the little cousin. She hated be one of the younger people in the family. She sat back down and said, “ It’s Lucy. Lucy Weasley. ” Lucy was about ready to scream at Roxy for scarring her so bad. But she gave a small smile and went back to running water over her feet from her wand hopping that it would help her feet.

She looked up and said “ Roxy you ever EVER do that to me again I swear I will set fireworks off in your room. ” She said as she waited a moment though now she let her guard down just a bit cause she wasn’t so scared that something was going to kill her. She checked the time again and saw it was dinner and she looked up at her older cousin. “ Um Roxy isn’t it dinner? Or lunch or a mealtime shouldn’t you be eating with everyone? I mean just a question….”

She left her feet alone for a moment and fixed her hair taking out all the unneeded twigs and leaves. She decided she would have to cover her legs before her cousin saw all the bruises and little cuts. She didn’t feel like putting her shoes on yet and so she took out the tape and started wrapping her legs with the tape. She was also waiting to see if her older cousin might wasn’t to chat with her or not.
