It's the year 2552 and Planet earth has been reduced to one large township where all humans live. There are also an abundance of aliens aswell. The reason Earth is like this is because in 2200 earths rulers engaged in fierce fighting with other plannets and came off worse. Now the galaxy is rules by a series of inter galactic governors. There is strict rules, such as no inter species breading and everything is controlled by them.
But amongst all this there is a growing group of rebels lead by An ex space captain, and his old crew they surf space looking for safe places to dock and help in getting the word out that everyone and everything has a right to live how they want and not under the strict rules set down. The only problem is the governors know of this particular problem and wish to sqaush the problem quickly. So this ex-captain and his crew must watch their back everywhere they go and try and avoid trouble.
