Lucinda nodded and said, "Hello Myrtle." "What do you want Malfoy? Are you going to try and die in my Bathroom again and leave blood everywhere?" "No Myrtle I'm not. I'm not suicidal anymore." She then sighed and said, "By Myrtle." She then grabbed her things and prepared to leave. Myrtle whined and then dived into a toilet whch caused Lucinda to dash out of the bathroom and watersway quickly.

Katherine might have been the "friendly Hufflepuff" but even she didn't fancy being stuck in a room with Moaning Myrtle. The ghost was an annoyance even at the best of times so avoiding her all together was always the best option. When Myrtle brought up the incident when Lucinda nearly killed herself, which Kat did recall, the Hufflepuff scowled at the ghost. For a Hufflepuff, Kat was a very loyal friend and didn't take likely to having anyone, including some crybaby ghost, talking horribly about any of hers.
With her bag over her shoulder, Katherine walked out of the bathroom. Even with the splashing water, she wasn't too worried about it. Nothing a little drying spell couldn't fix anyway. As she let the door shut behind her, Kat asked, "Do you want to go now or should we wait until the weekend? I mean, I'm easy either way...so it'll be up to you really."

"Um Weekends better. I've got alot of school work to do and alot more to catch up on. And knowing me I'll end up skipping more classes to be with Damien." Lucinda said with a shrug. It seemed lately all she did was school work, spend time with Damien, Eat, and sleep. A break from everything but sleeping and Damien was what she needed for once. Of coarse sleeping and Damien always fell under the same category half the time.

Kat nodded in agreement that the weekend would probably be better. She, however, didn't agree with the idea of someone skipping classes...especially not for some boy. As much as she wanted to frown in disapproval, she kept her unique smile and decided not to make any comment on it. Kat rarely missed any of her classes; only when she was ill or one of her friends really, really needed her. She was a devoted friend but she was also a very good student. How else had she managed to be chosen as the Head Girl?
Not really knowing what else to say, she shifted her bookbag over her shoulder and looked forward. The corridor still wasn't very full, which had Kat puzzled, but one or two stray students wandered around to some destination or another. It sort of made Kat wonder where her Potions partner had gone off to after class let out. In fact, she pondered where alot of people had disappeared to after their classes had finished.

"Thats odd. Classes were just let out." Lucinda said looking around. She seen no one. No teachers, No students, No... Ghost. She didn't even see a wondering cat. "Ok this is freaking weird as much as snape in a frilly pink ballet tu-tu." She commented and looked back around. She heard Myrtle's glubbery sobs from within the schools pipes and said, "Is it me Kat, Or is no one here?"

It was a relief to hear Lucinda mention the same thing that Kat had been mulling over for the last few moments. She glanced over at the Slytherin girl and nodded in agreement about how odd it was. In fact, this was more than just a little weird. Scrunching her nose, she replied, "I don't think it's just you Luce. These corridors should be packed with students trying to get to their next classes or chatting away with friends before they have to split up. This is just atypical. I don't get it."
Looking over her shoulder, Katherine watched one younger student scurrying off as though she was late for something. If Kat's calculations were correct, most classes wouldn't start for another five or six minutes. With a puzzled expression on her face, she asked, "Are we missing some sort of assembly or somthing? I mean, there has to be a reason why no one's in the corridors."

"Lets go check the Great Hall, Then if no ones there we can check the nearest professor's office. I mean there has to be something going on and If there was an assembly going on there would have been a notice or an announcement." She began walking and then stopped and closed her eyes her mind got foggy as a few flashes of a vision passed through her mind.

Katherine thought about it for a minute or two. She couldn't figure out exactly why the corridors were so empty but checking the Great Hall was a pretty good idea. Oddly enough, she wondered why she hadn't thought of that idea. "You know, I'm sure there's got to be someone in there or at least in one of the professors' offices," Katherine agreed whole heartedly
It didn't make sense that there hadn't been any announcements but it wasn't completely unlikely. At least, Kat didn't think it was impossible for either she or Lucinda to have missed the announcement if there had been one. Nonetheless, she followed along behind Lucinda until the Slytherin girl stopped. Taken aback, she watched her friend a moment or two in silence. Perhaps she'd remembered something?

"Something's off or wrong perhaps. There's a large crowd, Its on the grounds. I don't know why though." She opened her eyes and said, "I think everyones on the grounds. Lets go." She headed towards the grounds at a quick pace. The vision could be now or furtaristic. She didn't know though. She could only wait and see. It was rare for her seer abilities to work she never did know when they would go into effect.

It was fairly obvious that something wasn't right. Even Kat could feel it. There should have been students in the corridors and loud gossiping echoing off the walls. There should have been girls running to the toilets giggling because some boy or another looked at them. With classes just over, this just wasn't how things should have been. It just felt...well...strange. As she listened to what Lucinda said, she pondered what it could all mean. If the Slytherin girl was a seer, perhaps this could be a very bad thing.
As Lucinda headed through the corridors toward the school grounds, Katherine hurried after her. She was a little worried about what in the world could be going on out on the grounds. Making haste, she kept her mouth shut and listened for something, anything at all, that gave away what could be happening. In fact, Kat was feeling a little bit worried now.

Lucinda went through the doors and looked around. And said, "I don't know what side of the castle I seen. I can't remember either." Lucinda said as she turned a full circle while looking for any sign of humans around, "Somethings off this isn't right, Where the hell is everyone?" She pulled her wand out and looked around again. She wasn't about to panic. This wasn't about to go loopy cause that might make things worse.

Followling her friend along through the ground level of the castle and out the front doors, Katherine wondered where the event was going She wasn't about to doubt the vision that Lucinda had simply because it seemed to make sense. With the corridors empty, the students had to be somewhere and outside was a rather likely place. As Kat looked around, she pondered where everyone was. Surely it would be obvious from the sounds of voices.
Listening even more carefully, Kat picked up the sound of voices off toward the left side. Tapping Lucinda on the shoulder, she quietly said, "I think they're over this way." Pointing toward where she'd heard the voices, she glanced between her friend and the direction where she was sure at least someone was over there. Or more than just one anyway.

Lucinda nodded and headed in that direction. As she walked her blonde hair bounced around. She looked around as she went and headed around the corner and seen a large group of students. "What's going on?" She asked no one in particular as she approached the large crowd. Something had to be going on for so much talking and such a large crowd gathered around. She tried to get a better looked and then tried to get through to the front.

It wasn't as though she was overly curious about what was going on except that it completely and totally was. Following along behind Lucinda, Katherine pondered what reason could have so many occupants of the school standing around outside rather than in the corridors or heading for their next classes. Scrunching her nose a little, she kept silent as her Slytherin friend questioned what was going on.
Kat wasn't the sort to push her way through a crowd nor was she the tallest of the lot so it was practically impossible for her to see what was going on. Instead, she tapped the nearest bystander, a sixth year Ravenclaw boy, on the shoulder and asked him what had everyone outside. Just as she, he had not the slightest idea but said that the masses had all sort of pushed their way outside for something and he was caught up in it. She nodded in understanding and stood up on her tiptoes in an attempt to get a better look.

Lucinda reamurged looking slightly hastled and had a red mark on her cheek and said, "Its a big fight. I got pushed into it." She said as she pointed to the mark on her cheek. She fixed her skirt and said, "Its a bloody good fight to A Slytherin idiot and some gryffindor. Don't know either one though." The ravenclaw boy looked at her and said, "Thats the first time I heard a slytherin call a fellow slytherin and idiot." Lucinda smirked and said, "I'm not an ordinary Slytherin." She flipped her hair and said, "Kat you should go see it up there its awesome."
