Lucinda said, "Please tell me this is a mistake on the price cause if not I am going to be mortified. I mean I will pay 50 dollars for shoes but 20 for a shirt is rediculous!" The woman said, "Let me scan the tag and we will see. if its the wrong tag." The woman scanned the product and then scrunched her nose up and typed the code in, "Must have been a mistake. This tag is for the cargo pants on the back shelf. The proper price is 10 dollars. I'll offer you a discount to make up for the mistake." Lucinda nodded and said, "No need for the discount. Sorry I yelled." She then went back to shopping.

Kat was quite busy with searching for her jeans again so she missed the rest of the interaction between Lucinda and the clerk. Wandering further and further into the pants section of the shop, she looked for the perfect pair of jeans to go with her new top. The stonewashed pants annoyed her and the ones with the frayed edges weren't any better. If she wanted pants that looked pre-warned, she sure as Merlin wasn't going to pay so much for them. If anything, she'd buy brand new ones and wear them out herself.
"Good Godric! Don't the have anything decent in here?" she mumbled under her breath as she reached for a pair of jeans with a flower made out of rhinestones on the back right pocket. Frowning a little, she pulled them off their rack and looked them over before putting them back. "A little too girly and entirely too cheesy for me," she laughed softly to herself, returning to her search.
